The location, easy to check-in and check-out, plenty of equipment for children to play
The bed are not comfy and are squeaky. The mattress should be replaced as they are old and too soft.
The villa is more suitable for two families even though there are 3 bed rooms. However, one room could be accessed only through another room, therefore no perfect privacy if you travel in group of 3 families!
One room with 4 beds is completely independent and seperate.
