The apartment at Les Minimes was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The sea view was beautiful and always something to watch on the water. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The apartment has a rear room with a second sofa which is useful. The kitchen was really well equipped.
We were met by Liliane who was lovely and really helpful. We were provided with a sheet of information and there were a host of tourist leaflets to take. She showed us the dustbin area and the garage. Frederique enquired about our stay via email. Communication was very good. A great stay and so near local shops, bus stop and water taxi. The apartment deserves 5 stars.

Apartment had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. Lovely welcome from the property manager. Garage was very secure. Location excellent.

...with a beautiful view to the sea. The next beach is just 100m away; the city center is about 3 KM walking distance. But it's a nice walk along the harbor and the front of the sea. In the area around the flat, just a few minutes walking, there are some bars and restaurants, bakery, little supermarket etc.
The owner of the flat is very friendly and very helpful; she give answer to all questions and explain everything.

"The apartment complex was well maintained and located in an attractive area, bordering the shoreline.The location, for a beach holiday, was perfect.
The apartment and its presentation was excellent. The facilities and amenities were first class; all the equipment in the kitchen was excellent.
Some guests may have difficulty with the staircase to the first floor: the elderly or very young children.
Travelling into La Rochelle by water-taxi was very easy. The ferry was a short walk from the apartment.
We appreciated the care and attention of the owner."
