The house offers comfortable accommodation and is the starting point for reaching the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. It is structured as follows: 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with two single beds; 3 bathrooms; spacious kitchen; terrace with sea view.
The accommodation in the central area allows you to reach all the essential services on foot. The very spacious bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a terrace allows you to spend relaxing evenings with the possibility of barbecuing.
The sandstone typical of the area with which the house was built has been highlighted in all rooms managing to create relaxing and comfortable environments that immediately put the guest at ease making him feel at home.
The large kitchen built with local craft materials is equipped with any comfort. The bedrooms are all air conditioned.
A terrace with barbecue will allow you to taste freshly caught fresh fish in nearby Portopalo.
The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer.
An iron and ironing board and a washing machine are provided.
The position of the house will allow you to reach in a few minutes the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea as well as to visit the nearby cities of art (Noto, Siracusa, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla) and the splendid seaside village of Marzamemi .

Excellent location for exploring this part of Sicily and the interior is delightful. It is in the middle of town and you really experience life as a local but don’t expect to be in a small seaside resort

Da Gianni e sua moglie mi sono sentita a casa.... Cordiale e ospitale.. Ottimo alloggio, disposto su tre livelli,tre docce, completo di tutto. Pulitissimo.Particolare nelle finiture . Situato nel centro di Pachino a 5minuti d auto dal mare. Consiglio vivamente. 14 agosto 21

Proprietario super disponibile , casa comoda in centro paese con parcheggio sempre comodissimo e con vicino buoni servizi ristorazione, a poca distanza dalle varie zone mare.
Casa grande comodissima per 4 persone con ben 3 bagni con doccia , bellissimo il terrazzino sul tetto per aperitivo o per cenare vista mare.

Abbiamo deciso di trascorrere il nostro soggiorno in questa casa, spinti dalle belle recensioni.
Attenzione le finiture della casa come arredamento sono carine, la zona è servita, e si trova vicino alle spiagge più belle della zona.
Abbiamo alloggiato per tre settimane,ma purtroppo abbiamo constatato che l’alloggio non è adeguato per periodi così lunghi, le stanze non hanno armadi adeguati, e soprattutto in cucina mancano utensili minimi per poter cucinare, anche perché è impensabile cenare tutte le sere per tre settimane al ristorante, la biancheria fornita (lenzuola e asciugamani) e’ di un set a coppia per tre settimane, cioè impossibile fare il cambio letto!!!!!!!
La Cosa più bizzarra e allucinante è che la chiave per aprire la casa è legata con un lucchetto ad una chiavetta che attiva la
corrente del contatore, questo fa sì che una coppia se vuole uscire alla sera e fare tardi si porta via la chiave e chi rimane in casa, resta senza luce e soprattutto senza climatizzatore!!!!!....
Nelle recensioni avevamo letto della disponibilità del proprietario, dopo averlo chiamato due volte, era sempre molto di corsa, sfuggente......impossibile far presente le mancanze.
Peccato!
