Chill Apartments Warsaw Airport

Apartment was spacious and clean, there were enough amenities for a longer stay, very comfortable. Underground parking is a very large plus

Parking was confusing, turned out the parking chip of our apartment didn't work so we got switched to a similar apartment but the fridge was smaller and there was no freezer.

Great for a quick stop over but a longer walk to the airport than you think!

Very basic facilities

The location is great—only 1.5 km from WAW airport. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the pricing was reasonable. Overall, the stay met my expectations, and the staff were friendly and provided helpful online support whenever needed.

The user experience regarding parking needs work. It’s inconvenient to have to go inside for the remote before being able to park the car. Additionally, the parking concierge was quite dismissive—after I called several times for assistance, he stopped answering completely.

The location is good. Nice neighbourhood. Very helpful and kind a door niehboor.

It was hard to get into the building first, and later into the apartment. The key box code, for some reason, was different from the one in the description. Bad smell in the toilet and the shower room. Washing gel like Persil is used instead of hand soap. Why, do not ask. The furniture in the apartment needs some repair. The apartment was booked for two adults and a child, but we found only one bed for two people. The car park was booked as well; however, even having a key to the underground parking area, the parking spot was occupied by another car. In the parking, we were told that the space belongs to the car owner and has nothing to do with the Chill Apartments. Contacting the Chill Apartments by phone after 22:00, their response to us was to find a place elsewhere on the street, on our own risk, as simple as that.
