A bit of confusion on my part but using What’s App, I was able to reach the property manager which promptly sent a colleague with keys. We mentioned that the mattresses were not so comfy and they were replaced with brand new ones within 48 hrs with new pillows. Very impressive. Same for the coffee maker, replaced within 24 hours, thank you Rosa and Gustavo

The sofa was not comfortable

The property was in a good, quiet location. A ten minute walk from a supermarket and restaurants (though it has to be noted that to get to them was downhill which might be a problem for anyone with mobility issues) The apartment was clean and spacious. The two bedrooms had plenty of storage and plenty of coat hangers. There were two bathrooms a plus for two friends sharing the apartment. The air conditioning was really good at heating the apartment and easy to use. There was a lovely balcony which, had the weather been suitable, we would have loved using. The wine glasses were a good size and made of a glass - perfect! A large bottle of water had been left for us and there were plenty of toilet rolls. Also toiletries in both bathrooms. The hairdryer was good, there was also an iron and ironing board. The sofa was large and there was a separate chair. Two sets of keys were available too.

Unfortunately, all four beds were very hard and uncomfortable and this was a deal breaker for us. My friend actually spent five out of the seven nights on the sofa after a sleepless two nights. Although I used the bed, I did not have a good night's sleep as I was so uncomfortable. Had the beds been more comfortable we would not have hesitated to book again. Other negatives were minor in comparison. The shower room although functioning really needs updating (shower not adequately fixed to the wall etc) The photographic instructions for collecting the keys from the lock box need updating as the correct key safe not in the position shown on the pictures and we wasted some time trying to find the right one. There were no sharp knives or scissors in the kitchen, we ate out but anyone wanting to cook might find it a problem. We hope you will take the above comments as constructive and attempt to rectify whatever you can as the apartment is worth it.
