Localização muito boa, limpeza do local.
A falta de educação dos funcionários. Logo no check in, duas funcionárias reclamando do serviço chegando a falar até palavrões pra qualquer um ouvir.. desnecessário. Moças do café da manhã também muito mau humoradas.

A localização é ótima, com acesso fácil à av das cataratas e shopping JL.
O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, instalações e mobiliário bem antigo. O barulho por jovens bêbados e a demora do hotel em conter a bagunça atrapalhou o descanso dos hóspedes. Só tinha um sabonete, sem shampoo. Pouquíssimas tomadas no quarto. Chuveiro elétrico antigo. Enfim, embora menor preço, não vale o estresse.
