poor service and lack of care for their guests. dishwasher broke. would not go to this chalet again.
poor service, we had to wait 20minutes in cold at night before someone met us. the dishwasher did not work for 1 week of our stay yet we were given no apology nor compensation and were treated very rudely by Sabine.

We had a great ski- weekend in Megève and loved staying in Chalet La Brunette
location was great, rooms clean and nicely decorated. Great open plan kitchen/living/dining area.
Not enough hot water for the number of people it sleeps and the showers need doors as it’s impossible to keep the water inside most of the showers

No toilets in the bathrooms or on the 1st floor Hot water took a very long time to re heat after 2 people had had baths so the others had to wait and have showers about an hour later
