Ferien mit Meerblick

The location was lovely.

Trying to get the keys was a nightmare. A few weeks prior to our trip, we were told via email to call someone 1 hour prior to our arrival so we could collect the keys from a specific address. Following these instructions, upon calling the number we were given, the person who answered was very unhappy we didn't speak German and did not understand why we were calling. This phone call basically ended with us being hung up on, no clear information if someone was meeting us with the keys. I then received additional calls from 2 or 3 separate people trying to understand why I was calling in the first place. We drove to the location listed in the email and then got a call we were in the wrong spot and should come to the actual apartment if we wanted the keys. It was a waste of 45 minutes. When we did arrive, I have no idea who we met for the keys, they didn't introduce themselves, showed us around quickly and did not explain how to access the Wifi. We ended up texting one of the random numbers that called us asking for the Wifi info. Overall, this was incredibly disorganized and ended up being a VERY frustrating start to our trip.
