Everything. This is our second time staying here and we always have a great time. The house has so much space and is very family friendly with spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms for the large occupancy. It has amazing facilities with everything you need and more. Location is amazing, lovely and quiet with plenty of open spaces for after dinner walks. Just perfection.

Amazing, out of the way.. quiet, huge place has everything you’d require, real sun trap, nature all around, even saw a hedgehog! Not seen one in years.

The property was exceptional. It was very clean and very well presented. The owner, Amy, was in contact with us very early in our stay to insure we had everything we needed. The location was excellent with lots of visits from wildlife (ducks, deer, hares etc). Would highly recommend to anyone seeking some peace and quiet in rural Norfolk.
The only thing to be aware of is that there are some steps on both ground floor and first floor levels. Everything else was beautiful.
