The studios of “Casa Alegria by CosyCasa” are located in the colorful and more pleasant area of Peniche, the 'Quarter of the Fishermen' (Bairro dos Pescadores).
The house is located in the entrance of the city, to 100 meters of the main beach of Peniche, 2 minutes by foot, the great bay that extended from Peniche Beach until Baleal Beach.
Access to all the comforts by foot:
-Coffee at 10 m
-Restaurante BBQ with take away at 80 m
-Supermarkets: Intermarché at 300 m, Lidl at 500 m, Continente at 750 m
-Bakeries at 100 m
-ATM at Intermarché at 300 m, and at BIC Bank at 450 m
-At 150 m Public garden with childish park and Skatepark, space of picnic and restaurant
-Surf school at 300 m
-Bar at 550 m

O local é muito bom, tem um ótimo acesso à praia, supermercados, ao centro da cidade. Fabuloso.

Estúdio limpo e asseado. O espaço é pequeno mas satisfaz para 2 x pessoas.
Cozinha bem equipada para quem quiser poupar algum na refeição.
Casa dividida em 3 ou 4 estúdios mas com tudo individual (Porta com fechadura inteligente codificada - Homeit), podemos entrar e sair como se estivéssemos em casa.
