The villa was perfect for a week with our friends. And I recommend it. We used the main and guest house. Super comfortable from the get go. Everyone loved it.
The house itself was big enough where everyone could come together but also find privacy. The living room with the massive fireplace and outdoor dining area and grill were most enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything. Inc olive oil from the surrounding grove. No cheese graters and I brought my Pyrex measuring cups. I do recommend to the owners to do a massive clean of old pots and pans and in general. Maybe reorganize the dishes, mugs. Consolidate. 6 salts. Pasta from 2023. Random stuff. Invest in a set of normal cheap wine glasses. There is too much stuff and trinkets in the kitchen where one needs usable surfaces. The fridge should be emptied after each visit unless the products are brand new. The rest of house was super. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work well. But that was probably user error. You need to make sure the radiators are off to fill with enough hot water. It doesn’t have an internal pump to heat the water. The sauna was great. The area is cool, bring your own spa towels. The outdoor space for kids is excellent. We had eggs from the chickens. We cooked every day.
The location was great but it was bike week and the hill down to the property was very steep. Everyone made do. Just an fyi. The roads in the area are amazingly fun to drive. If you want to make reservations at Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo you need to do it months in advance. We also love Il Generale there.
They only offered us one set of keys and fob for the gate. We were a group of two couples and 5 singles.This was and is totally unsatisfactory. I insisted on another set of keys and fob. And got it. But this has to be remedied. Keys and fobs are not expensive to copy. I think having at least 4 gate fobs would have been sufficient. The house has 7 bedrooms. Stands to reason the number of keys and fobs should be greater than 1.
Would have liked softer more comfy beds in the guest house. Turn up the caldaia for hot water there too. But overall place was fantastico.

the Villa is Amazing one of the best i ever been to, great for summer time.
it look better in reality than in the pictures, Lucia and her Father Alexandro welcomed us. it made us feel very happy showing us the house, the Alexandro is a unique person they realy did anything to make our stay better.
its a defnetly a place to return to for us
many insect, cannot be control flys Bees and mosquitos.
the area doesn't provide many options so it is only valid for people who wish to have a relaxing time
