The apartment is spacious, great for big families (with 3-4 kids), and has everything one would need for a short stay.
The personnel is very friendly and helpful. A reasonably priced restaurant is right downstairs.
It's located in a great spot (we were in the spring, but in the winter with direct lift access it's even better I recon).
It's nitpicking really, but the sofa bed was not too comfortable (but ok).
The wifi was not great (didn't reach everywhere in the apartment, e.g. in the kids' room).
The view from the window was on the neighboring roof, which is suboptimal (also not a dealbreaker).

The appartement has an excellent location, everything (ski school, ski lifts, Billa and restaurants) were in the walking distance.
Although there was a large parking nearby, it was very busy and it was impossible to find a free spot while checking-in. We thought the appartement has own parking which was not true. The equipment of the appartement was very basic (no kettle, not enough chairs for 6 persons, no proper storage for the ski, the bedroom was without bedside table, etc.). The wifi was also not working.

Absolutely fantastic accomodation, we stayed here as a family in December and it was perfect for all ages. Our room had a mountain view that made the trip even more special.
The location is brilliant, a few minutes walk from both the beginner ski lift and larger ski lifts. There is a well equipped supermarket, cafes and ski hire shops just across the road too.
A very special thanks to the manager Stefan and would definitely stay here again.
