The location is exceptional - near to the beach or market. The apartment was also very clean, comfy and we appreciated air conditioner. There is everything you need.
It only should be noted that the owner can't speak English (however, we managed to communicate fine:)).

Appartamento fresco , spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort, dall'aria condizionata alla cucina attrezzatissima. Divano, tv e lavatrice. Proprietari gentilissimi sia per il check-in che per le nostre richieste. Ottima posizione, Nerezine è ad un passo con ristoranti e market. Posizione strategica per visitare sia Cres che Lussino

Apartment was tidy and clean. Owners were very nice and friendly.
There was no private beach, although the ad said there was. But that was no problem, obviously just a mistake. ​
