La casa è dotata di qualsiasi comfort e la vista panoramica del terrazzo è formidabile
Per arrivare all’appartamento bisogna percorrere una strada con una salita che ha una grossa pendenza risultando molto faticosa ed in più ci sono 4 piani di scale a piedi del condominio

Super 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung am steilen Hang, mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad, eigenem TV und eigener Klimaanlage. Alles sehr neuwertig, grosszügig und sauber. Vom Balkon hat man Teilsicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss in die Fussgängerzone 8 Minuten (bergab), zum Strand 15 Min. Wir hatten einen grossen überdachten Parkplatz etwas oberhalb der Wohnung in einem anderen Gebäude, 1 Minute bis zur Umfahrungsstrasse, man braucht also nie in die Stadt rein zu fahren.

Piękny apartament, z widokiem na morze, duży, przestronny salon z kuchnią i co najważniejsze wszędzie klimatyzacja w sypialni z prywatną łazienką, niełatwo taki znaleźć
Jedynie co było trudne to wejście pod górkę do apartamentu wracając z miasta, dla mniej wysportowanych może być ciężko.
