The apartment is spacious and well equipped close to the sea, good links to public transport and the tourist strip. The beach is 5 minutes walk, train station is 7 mins walk and bus route to Pescara 3 mins walk. Close to the top end of the tourist strip minutes walk from a number of bars and restaurants. Federico and his mother were good hosts, fixed any problems we had quickly. The only downsides of the apartment was the poor standard of overall cleanliness, thick dust everywhere when we arrived and black mould in the kitchen and small bathroom made worse by the broken extractor fans. The other problem was that there were two uncovered balconies in the apartment that we couldn't use for drying washing due to bird droppings perched abovr

We found the flat like on the photos. All you need in an appartment is there. A lot of space for our family (4 persons). Five minute walk to the beach. Green sorrounding.
There is no conditioner, but the temperature is o.k., because of the thick walls and the shutters you can close against the sun.
