ideally located close to the sea, in the pines, very quiet area. Fully enclosed garden. Terrace of 30m², patio garden.

What a great house - proximate to the beach and on a quiet residential street
The house has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation - the two showers particularly was a bonus for us when we were returning from the beach
Well stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils we needed
All the beds were comfortable and of a good size
The outside space is really nice with shade under the pine tree and a table which was suitable for our family to eat outside. Also the other furniture on the decking below the pine tree was great for sitting outside in the shade
The hosts were great - with prompt and efficient communications when we asked questions
We hope to return again soon

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schöner Terrasse in ruhiger, entspannter Umgebung mit allem, was man braucht. Küste, Strände und Ortsinnere gut fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar waren! Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et effectivement bien équipée et située à recommander en période estivale.
Pour information et point négatif il est préférable d'éviter la période hivernale ou temps humide car maison mal isolée dans une partie, condensation importante (carrelage humide, pas très agréable surtout avec des enfants) d'où obligation de bien chauffer au départ, la consommation électrique étant une charge supplémentaire à régler en fin de séjour ça peut alourdir considérablement le prix final(notre cas 50 euros pour 3 nuits !!!!).
