About this villa rental
A beautiful family home located in the heart of Chateauneuf. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 with en suite) and will comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

This Holiday Villa in the French Riviera is accessed via a country lane, but close to the ancient village of Chateauneuf and in a quiet location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Riviera yet the coast and those famous South of France resorts are just a short drive away. This villa is located 10 minutes from Valbonne and 15 minutes from Mougins; the coast is just 25 minutes drive. Nice airport is only half an hour's drive away. The villa is ideally suited for a large family wanting a spacious and luxurious holiday home.
Le Bosquet is a luxurious villa, beautifully furnished and finished to a very high standard set in over 5,000m2 gardens with beautiful views and a stunning new 13m metre salt water pool. The villa also offers a fully equipped gym, summer kitchen area with gas BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven.
The villa has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms with large double bed or twin and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite). There’s a large modern kitchen and spacious comfy living room, wifi internet, satellite TV, sonos music system and advanced security alarm system.
The property is set within an enclosed Mediterranean garden of established flowering shrubs. There is also an option of having an additional house with 4 bedrooms and privet swimming pool that is based on the same plot of land for larger parties, this is available upon request.
The house has a large open plan living room and well equipped kitchen as well as a spacious outside summer kitchen with gas BBQ, pizza oven, dining table and seating area. Le Bosquet is set in over 5,000m2 of fabulous landscaped gardens with its own private swimming pool.
On the upper level French doors lead from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom suite onto the large terrace with a covered sitting area. The property has a security alarm system, electric gates on-side parking for up to 5 cars. The villa interior is modern and stylish, it is a new build which was only completed in 2008 so everything is in good condition. On the lower level there are 3 large bedrooms each leading out to the 12 meter saltwater swimming pool. There is also a fully equipped gym with treadmill, exercise bicycle and multi-gym as well as a yoga area.

My family and I (4 adults and 2 young children) recently spent a fabulous week at Le Bosquet in Chateauneuf de Grasse. After reserving the house, Michelle (the owner) was always accessible via email and very helpful with recommendations and planning. As is always the case when booking a rental house online, we were not sure what to expect and somewhat nervous about the house, location, etc. Upon arrival, we were completely blown away. The house is magnificent and Michelle has seen to every detail, from the immaculate and beautiful furnishings to the fresh flowers throughout, to the staple groceries in the fridge, and to the pastries and chilled bottle of rose that awaited us. The indoor and outdoor accommodations are spectacular. We also discovered that the location could not be more perfect. Although there isn't much in Chateauneuf-Grasse itself (one of our initial concerns), we easily navigated the streets and supermarkets and restaurants were a short drive away. Half the fun of our trip was hopping in the car and heading to new destination each day. My husband and I went for a run from the villa every morning and discovered the nearby villages. On the few days that it rained, we stayed at the villa, cooked delicious meals, played games and watched the rain fall from the outdoor kitchen. Since we brought our 5 and 6 year old daughters, another huge plus for us was the indoor playroom, the pool and the outdoor play area, trampoline and playhouse. Though I don't know when we will return to the South of France, I do know where we will stay when we return!

This property is amazing! It strikes a perfect balance of being luxurious and beautiful and yet comfortable and homely. Set in stunning surroundings, the house has everything you could possibly need and we felt instantly relaxed. The owner is charming, incredibly helpful and understanding to your needs. The house is wonderful for families. Parents with young children will be instantly reassured that the house is safe and there's lots to keep the little ones occupied. A truly wonderful house set in the most beautiful location. My boyfriend, a journalist who has edited many leading magazines, said that the best recommendation he could give it is that within 24 hours he was on the phone already recommending it to his friends.
We will definitely be booking again and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the most relaxing and peaceful holiday at this villa in a delightful part of France. On arrival we received the warmest of welcomes from the owner to a very well considered and comfortable family home which was nothing less than stunning and this theme continued for the duration of our stay. An excellently constructed information guide provided us with all we needed to know and more, including contact details for the friendliest and most reliable taxi service we have ever used. We visited a selection of the restaurants recommended and were never disappointed, but we especially enjoyed the Auberge Provencale in Valbonne. The highlight of this glorious property is undoubtedly the outside space which includes a gas BBQ that doesn't require the purchase of gas bottles, a pizza oven, large pool and lounger area and, an amazing garden. To laze around the pool surrounded by the scents of Rosemary, Lavender and Thyme was a unique experience for us and one we shall definitely return to.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous week in this luxurious villa. It was wonderful to wake up each morning to views towards the village of Chateauneuf in the distance and hear nothing but the sounds of birds and insects. The villa is very well equipped and designed with attention to detail. There are a variety of comfortable outdoor seating areas to choose from and the pizza oven was a huge success. The pool is large and salt water (no nasty chlorine) and sun loungers very comfortable with two huge sun parasols. Everything was so great that it was difficult to tear ourselves away. When we did, we enjoyed several visits to Valbonne (approx 15 minute car journey) to eat and wander round the Friday market. We did the walk from Le Bar-sur-Loup to Gourdon which has stunning views but was hard work in the July heat. Michelle (owner) was really helpful providing restaurant recommendations and very responsive if we had any queries during the week. Our only disappointment was that there are no restaurants or cafes in Chateauneuf itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa - it lived up to our expectations and more!
