Surrounded by green lawns and trees, Pignocco Country House is an old farmhouse of 1700, recently restored and tastefully furnished. Inside it consists of 8 Mini Apartment likely to be occupied with the formula room only, or with the Bed and Breakfast.
The cottage Pignocco Country House is situated on a hill overlooking the town of Pesaro, in the Marche countryside, just 6 km from the sea.
Our proposal includes sea travel, country, relaxation, good food, walks and authentic medieval villages, such as Fano, Novilara, Candelara, Gradara, Montefabbri, Mombaroccio and finally the beautiful Urbino. In the region of Marche, a corner of Italy have yet to discover and appreciate, Pignocco Country House is the perfect place to unwind from the daily routine.
The Apollo apartment is located on the property Pignocco Country House. The studio is located on the first floor of the farmhouse and has a living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen and private bathroom with shower. The master bedroom with iron bed batuto old and the closet are located in the loft, which can be accessed via a spiral staircase. The loft is located in an attic with hollow tiles exposed and romatico and suggestive.
The studio is for 2 people, with possibility of 3rd and 4th place in the sofa bed, surcharge. The sofa bed is suitable for 2 children.
Pignocco Country House also boasts:
- Exclusive pool between the olive trees on the property, a short walk from the rooms and from the apartments. The sunbeds and deck chairs at the pool are free, as are the small corner tub and the beautiful park garden surrounding the B & B.
-Rich Buffet breakfast served every morning from 08.30 to 10.00 in the main room of the cottage. The breakfast is by appointment, surcharge.
- The town of Pesaro, just 2.5 km away, offering services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, a beautiful old town and a walk on the waterfront .
- Reservation service to the beautiful beach "Ithaca Beach", positioned between Pesaro and Fano, and an agreement with the B & B. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds.
- Booking service for the Center for Rural Tasting "The Cup", located near the town of Mombaroccio and agreement with the B & B.
-point Tourist Information Centre at the reception, which provides maps of Pesaro and its province and information about local events.

Pignocco was fantastisch! Prachtige locatie met uitzicht over de stad Pesaro, en de zee. Uitstekend verzorgd, mooi appartement, zeer gastvrije ontvangst en hulp waar nodig. Veel tips om dingen te doen zoals een advies om een wijnboerderij te bezoeken met rondleiding en proeverij! Heerlijke wijnen geproefd en aangeschaft. Prachtig zwembad met mooie tuin, de mogelijkheid om heerlijk verwend te worden bij het ontbijt. Kortom een locatie die op het lijstje komt van aanbevelingen aan vrienden en bekenden maar ook om zeker nog een keer terug te gaan.

The private groomed property overlooking the city is spectacular. Our unit had so much character.Our two wonderful hostess could not have been nicer or more helpful.
