T House

Not the perfect place to commute by car but still manageable, Google Maps is enough. Other than that - perfect place to have a secluded vacation. All facilities were in a great condition at the period of our stay and host is very friendly.

Nothing to add here.

1) very good ratio living space/price! This is quite big house for normal price 2) there is a free private parking 3) good equipped kitchen (but no microwave) 4) large private zone near the house

1) communication with the host is really bad. She left me a WhatsApp number, but on my questions she responded with 1-2 days delay.. 2) the host doesn't speak English well. There was a situation - in check in I gave 1000 thb as depo. After a while I understood that I made a mistake(after my check out I was going to fly away and I would not have time to spend my depo). So I wrote in WhatsApp my wish - to get back my 1000thb and give 30 euro instead.. The host answered ok, but she didn't come with money untill check out. And in check out she wanted to return not 1000thb but an equivalent in euro (she decided that I asked her to change my money;)) 3) a lot of moskito!! All my family was bitten 4) no microwave, but instead only induction wave (it is quite terrible to cook on it) 5) location. Forget to reach Surin or BangTao beaches on foot, only tuk-tuk/taxi. About taxi - there is no direct way to this house from the nearest road, only via parking place of nearest Muslim Temple (it is difficult to explain to taxi driver were is this place;). No tourist info, no money exchange, no restaurants near, only get taxi and go to them..

It has been a great stay at T house with my family. My parents loved the view and my daughter liked to play in the yard chasing the birds whichever came close by. The landlord did a great job keeping the place clean for us while we were there. Great place highly recommend !

Ac in the bedroom. Would have been better throughout. Location in the town.

No ac in the living room.
