    The hotel has separate living room area that is breathable and spacious. It also has balcony, but for my unit, cannot utilize as it is facing main street with a lot of pedestrian. Suitable for light traveller looking for easy access to beach and what Cenang has to offer, but probably not suitable for traveller with toddler as the night time can be quite loud with the bustling of night life at Cenang Beach.

    We stayed at Paretto Seaview Hotel Langkawi as a family of three with a child from 26th to 29th June. Having stayed here in 2019 and 2022, we always recommended it, but after this visit we surely won’t anymore. We were allotted Room ***(Sea View with Balcony). Sadly, the room was very old and not renovated. The bedsheet was torn, walls had cracks, and dust was visible under the furniture — which was especially concerning with a baby. The air‑con remote was unreliable, often not working after adjustments. The washroom was horrible: after running the basin tap for five minutes, water leaked from the bottom and flooded the bathroom. On the second evening, the electricity stopped working even after inserting the card. It took staff almost an hour to fix, and surprisingly, the receptionist was not apologetic, simply saying it would take time. The only positives were the location and convenience. The hotel is close to Pantai Cenang Beach, Cenang Night Market, and Underwater World Langkawi. The balcony view was decent, with sea and night scenery. Facilities included a mini freezer, fresh towels, coffee/tea sachets, refillable water, hot and cold water supply, and lift access. Convenience was good with food outlets (mamak, Domino’s, Hadramaut, restaurants) and Cenang Mall just below the apartment, along with a mart for essentials. A RM 50 deposit was taken and refunded at check‑out. Overall, while the location and nearby amenities are excellent, the poor room condition, bad washroom, unreliable facilities, and lack of staff courtesy made this stay very disappointing. We would advise future guests to bring their own bedsheets and pillow covers for comfort. Verdict: Great location, but unacceptable room and service quality — we won’t recommend it anymore.
