We hope to return for a third year

This is our second year vacationing here. We love everything: Location - near the sea, 20 min walking from the center of Iraklitsa (far from the crowd). Private umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach in front of the house. 5 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 bathrooms with all necessary amenities, a spacious living room, spread over 3 floors. A large terrace with designated areas for dining, coffee, or relaxation. Friendly hosts, always available. -There are billiards and table tennis....etc...

Wonderful villa on a beautiful beach

A very beautiful villa, located on the beach of Nea Iraklitsa. The villa has everything we needed (and even more) for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

Splendid beachfront villa

First of all- very good accomodation. There is everything necessary for your comfortable stay, the owners obviously think of each tiny detail, so you could take only your personal belongings and clothes, as the villa is equipt as a home - there are enough dishes, beach towels, coffee machines, all necessary kithcen appliances, slippers, hair dryers, etc. The beach is right in front the villa so you will stay really in a beach hose. There are 12 reserved deck chairs on the beach. Add the crystal clear water, good nearby Greek restaurant, nice surroundings, very good WiFi and polite and helpful owners and you will have the most amazing and relaxing vacation ever 🥰.

A great place to spend your summer holiday with friends.

Everything was perfect - accommodation, location, hosts. The pictures correspond 100 % to the reality. The beach is a stone's throw from the villa and there are plenty of umbrellas and sun-beds at your disposal. The villa has a beautiful interior and exterior and offers all amenities one can imagine. We really enjoyed the veranda with a view of the beach which makes it a perfect location for breakfast and dinner. We received a generous welcome pack with bottles of wine and water, jars of chocolate and jams. The villa offers a lot of options for inside (billiard table, table tennis, board games) and outside (canoes, bikes, BBQ) entertainment. The villa is conveniently located next to a big store and the town centre which is a short walk along the promenade. Overall, a great value for money and definitely worth visiting again.
