About this house rental

Comfortable independent small villa surrounded by greenery composed of living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a large veranda with barbecue area and private garden. Ideal for those looking for a quiet solution within walking distance of all services. Equipped with parking space, television, washing machine. Sleeps 6. Distance from the beach 700 meters.

The village of Rena Majore is a residential complex surrounded by greenery which is only 7 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura. It takes its name from its two large beaches located a few hundred meters from the village houses. Inside you will find all the main services, including a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, market, various shops, as well as a very modern sports center with swimming pool and tennis and soccer fields.

La casa è veramente molto bella, il punto forte della casa è la location, la veranda ed il giardino esterno. L'abitabilità è buona gli spazi sono giusti. La distanza dal mare è a poco più di 1 km e la spiaggia di rena Majore è veramente bella.
