Amazing! Can't wait to come back!

Chalet Le Ranch is an amazing apartment, with very gentile and responsive host! Julie is so easy to communicate with, everything was as arranged, she had lots of good advices about the town, ski resort, rental places. Indeed a perfect host, who also makes very tasty honey! The apartment is nice, clean, cozy, warm and super close to the slopes! Can't wait to get back!

We got scammed

Nothing it was a scam the accommodation that we booked was not the one in the picture. We had to put our own sheets and pillow cases on the beds. And the owner made us pay a €600 deposit.

And the owner made us pay a €600 deposit when we arrived. I was supposed to be staying there with my partner and son and friend there was no way we could have done that. I ended up booking a local hotel. I wouldn’t even let a dog sleep in there. When I questioned the woman about her lies she said nothing she could do and the pictures of the room we booked was another apartment. Please no not book this place you will be very disappointed.

Julie was an incredible host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very cosy, and well equipped. It's well located with the Vallee Blanche lift opposite. I will be returning for sure!

Superb

Julie is a great host. Really liked the chalet, which had an old world charm to it. The location was really good for local ski lifts and it was easy to store skis and boots in the outside cupboard. Really enjoyed our stay.

I hadn't read the small print properly, so didn't factor into the cost of renting the chalet that I would also pay for bed linen and towels as well as a cleaning fee on top of the price advertised. Not a bad thing or a complaint, just something to be aware of when booking.

Julie was a fantastic host, and the accommodation was perfect for the price and what we required. The location is excellent and apart from the fact we had to abandon our holiday due to unfortunate circumstances we couldn't fault the chalet le ranch or the service

Great mid term break, good value for money chalet, awesome long slopes.

The owner was fabulous, our ski bag didn't arrive in Lyon from Heathrow but Julie managed to lend us Salopettes, gloves and even a set of Skis. Almost ski-in ski-out, just have to walk across the main road. It is directly above a grocery shop.

Steps to the upper bedroom are not for the faint hearted. A proper couch would be a welcome addition. It was a bit difficult to find on the first night, no signs.

Très bon séjour aux deux alpes

Notre hôte était très sympathique et à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. Nous a donné beaucoup de bons conseils, nous a prêté des raquettes pour faire des balades et nous a même offert un très bon petit pot de miel.

Au top!

Julie était là à notre arrivée pour nous acceuillir et nous donner plein d'informations sur le logement et les activités. Elle nous a réservé une table au restaurant d'altitude, apporté un appareil à crepes et même prêté une poussette sans qu'on lui demande ! Cela nous a permis de passer un super séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé à l'entrée de la station, à 10 min a pieds de l'école de ski et en face du telesiege pour la vallée blanche. Parfait.
