Custom home with pool, spa and 2 Master Suites!

Wonderful property with everything we needed. The pool equipment had an issue. I emailed Pat in the evening and the next morning before we woke up, it was fixed! We would definitely stay here again.

Without a doubt, one of the best houses to stay in Lake Havassu, clean, modern, spacious, beautiful, this house has everything you could need to enjoy a magnificent family vacation, you will love the pool. Don't think about it anymore, this is your best option.

This house was stunning, worked perfectly for our group of 3 families with kids ages 3 months -13 years old. Pat had good communication. A few frustrations came up: the fridge doesn’t get real cold, expect to have to put most things in ice chests and the freezer. The hot water in the second master takes a long time to get warm - and warm is the highest. The most frustration came after checkout with a bogus extra cleaning fee. There were two charges that were accurate, that we understood and agreed with. But we were charged an extra cleaning fee that was unfair. There were absolutely no cleaning products in the house, we actually went out and bought some. We kept the house VERY clean - and then was charged extra??!? No way. After discussing with all the families that were there with us, it was an absolute consensus that the house was left clean. Pat said “sticky counters and floors”... we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes that we had to go buy - but we figured that is why we paid the cleaning fee because the deep cleaning would be done after we left. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouth, which is unfortunate because we had a lovely stay.
