About this cottage rental
THE SOURCE OF POVAL is located in the urban area of ??the town of Caballar. The rural house is located in an old building built in the 50s, built to be used as a warehouse, hayloft, dryer in the killings and endless activities, all related to the work of the field. This building has been restored in 2005. The renovation has been made keeping the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, clay baked in flooring and tiles made and hand painted in craft workshops.
The house is fully rented and completely independent. It has capacity for 8 people and has:
4 ROOMS of which; 3 of them are on the first floor, one has a double bed and the other two have two beds. The other room is on the ground floor and has a double bed.
3 BATHROOMS, 2 of them with a bathtub on the top floor (one with a whirlpool bath) and another with a shower on the ground floor. Hair dryer.
THE KITCHEN, fully equipped is equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender). Crockery, glassware (glasses and glasses of wine ect), cutlery and kitchenware. Iron and ironing board.
THE LIVING ROOM has, flat screen TV (with USB port), DVD, WIFI (free) and French fireplace.
ABROAD:
THE PATIO, has a large open area and another roof (porch) with barbecue is equipped with a table, chairs, dishes, grills, ect. The charcoal for the barbecue will be brought by the traveler. We also have spirals with gas to make paellas.
OTHER DATA OF INTEREST
HEATING AND HOT WATER, is obtained by oil boiler. On each floor, the house has thermostats where to regulate the temperature to suit the traveler.

Mosquito nets on all windows.
LA LEÑA, to light the French fireplace in the living room, we leave it during the winter without any additional cost. We also leave glow pads for the fireplace.
DOCUMENTATION OF THE AREA, we have a dossier where you can consult the nearest and most advisable points of tourist interest in the area, as well as a list of the most interesting active tourism activities with the telephone numbers, the place and the distance where they are made .
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The rooms have sheets, a washbasin towel and a bath towel (per person), two pillows and two blankets (per person).
In the bathrooms we leave toilet paper, standing shower mat, hand towels, diffuser hand soap, amenites (toothbrush, comb, gel / shampoo) and hair dryer.
In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid dishwashing liquid, tea towels, detergent and fabric softener, garbage bags, tablecloth, scourer and wipes (brand new). Iron and ironing board. In the house we do not leave any food (salt, sugar ...), for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene.

Después de mirar muchas casas rurales nos decidimos por esta y fue un total acierto.
La dueña, Isabel fue encantadora y muy amable.
Estuvimos el fin de semana del 26 al 28 de octubre coincidiendo con San Frutos, la fiesta del pueblo, El Caballar.
Casa con gran patio, donde pudimos disfrutar de su barbacoa, chimenea en el salón y una cocina muy amplia con una gran mesa.
Por lo visto la dueña tiene varias casas, solo conocemos esta, pero si las demás son igual, tendremos que ir conociéndolas.
Por poner algún "pero" no es la casa rural más barata, pero sin duda merece la pena.

Estuvimos a finales de mayoen esta gran casa rural. El trato con Isabel excelente. Tranquilidad al máximo.
Fuimos con nuestra mascota que se lo paso en grande en el patio y porche, y estuvimos mi marido y yo junto con mis padres que uno de ellos tiene movilidad reducida. Como hay una habitación y baño en la planta de abajo, no tuvieron ningún problema y con la rampa del porche, todo estupendo.
Para dormir, los colchones súper cómodos, lo único que para mi gusto las almohadas un poco blandas. La casa esta cerca de lugares interesantes para ver, aunque fue una pena que no pudiéramos disfrutar mas por el tiempo que hizo. Todo súper limpio y con todas las comodidades. Esperamos volver en otra ocasión.

Casa muy limpia y muy equpada. Ideal para ir con niños ya que pueden jugar fuera sin peligro.
Hemos pasado un fin de semana de amigos con niños pqueños y he resultado una casa muy funcional. La dueña es muy amable y dispuesta a facilitar todo lo que se necesite. La calefación funciona de maravilla.
Sin duda , podemos repetir.
