Room had all the facilities described and was clean
Receptionist seemed confused that i had booked.... then found 1 room before i told her i have paid for 2 rooms. Then she asked how many are staying (its on booking.com - 4) and if i needed bedrooms together. I said it wouldve been nice then she says we cannot stay together as we had ordered 1 of the two rooms to be disability, which we didnt (check booking.com - it says 1 queen and 1 executive). We ended up with the disability room, which was ok except no places to store things in the bathroom. She needs more training.
