Point Village Accommodation -Linky's House

The location is awesome and great for surfers. The deck upstairs is perfect for watching the surf.

The whole place stank of smoke when we arrived. It was actually was burning my throat it was so strong. The previous people must have made a fire indoors and the space was not aired out sufficiently prior to our arrival. The towels provided were quite small and 2 of the windows in the back bedroom and bathroom are cracked - I took photos when we arrived. The bathroom floor also had a big puddle of water and had not been dried by whoever cleaned. It would have been great if the lock for direct access to the back yard was not seized up. As the guys had to walk through the cottage with surfboards and wetsuits to get to the yard. It just needs a new lock and would be far better access.
