The best location you can get in Lloret de Mar, by the sea, with a beautiful view from the balcony and living room, and everything is near. The apartment was clean and very practical for our family of 4 persons, enough space for everybody. The host was kind to come and meet us in the apartment when we arrived so that we didn't have to travel to get the key from their office, which is quite far away. WiFi was good, which was important especially for the young ones.
Don't plan to cook, at least anything too complicated in the kitchen. If you put two kettles to boil at the same time, it can cut the electricity. But who wants to spend the holiday in the kitchen anyway!
The deposit was returned a month after we had left the apartment. Had to wait too long, I think, but finally it came so everything is ok now.

Location is great overlooking the beach, we went in October would imagine high of the season it can be a bit noisy, but great for people watching. Close to restaurants, shops and the older centre. There is small lift (3 people) and we needed it.
Limited parking facilities if you take a car.
