Das Haus, der Garten, die Zimmergrösse, die unkomplizierte Übergabe, sowohl bei Ankunft als auch bei Abreise durch die Eigentümerin, die Sauna. Elektr. Rollos fast in jedem Zimmer.
Die Kopfkissen insgesamt waren nicht weich, eher klumpig, sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das unter den Betten in den Ecken Spinnweben und „Wollmäuse“ waren, Duschkabine im Obergeschoss war stark fleckig. Der Garten und der Außenbereich sind stark verwittert und müssten besser gepflegt werden
