The heated pool is always a plus. The apartments are spacious and clean.
Customer service is poor. Unanswered WhatsApp messages, a reservations issue that took them a month to fix, and a HUGE rate hike that makes Clarence House unaffordable for us now. And the facilities aren’t worth the new price—Always something not quite right: shower doors that don’t close properly, water doesn’t drain well, not enough hot water, fans that don’t work, not enough pool towels in the room.
