Beautiful villa for 7 persons, about 150m2 on 2 levels, located in a private, quiet, green area near the beach of Nartelle. Pool and garden with magnificent sea view.

- At the ground floor a large living room, kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge), laundry room with washing machine, a master suite (double room, bathroom and separate toilet)
- Upstairs two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with double bed and single bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet
Terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful property with amazing views. The house was perfect for us as it was very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. very easy responsive owner who is communicative to all your needs. I would not hesitate to come back again.

10/10 views, spacious and comfortable home, excellent swimming pool, very good communication with owner, manager, and Didi the gardener. We had a wonderful time using the house as a base to enjoy the area and ended up having some of our best memories in the property/pool itself. Driveway a little steep to enter but not a problem when you get used to it. Thank you from us! Oliver and family
