Lovely clean property, exactly what we needed
The trains were noticeably but not overly so it certainly didn’t wake us at any point

Modern looking and nice and clean. Just what i expected from a caravan stay. The site is very tidy and quiet, although it looks busy. Train passes regularly but we did not find it annoying, it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!
No issue with property just booking.com, they need to update check in times as it is not what they state!
