Venera & Anastasia Palace Apartments

The room was spacious, comfortable and kept clean. Has a nice pool and jacuzzi. The washing machine was a plus. There was no detergent but the staff kindly gave us some the following morning. Amenities are limited (soap and shampoo, no conditioner) but sufficient. It’s about 15 min walk from the main beach area, but it’s quieter, so good for relaxing. There is no designated parking, but you can park on the streets around the hotel for free. Tight streets, but we managed to find a spot. During the busy season, it may be hard to find a parking.

A bit of leakage from the washing machine, but no functional issue.

I liked the hotel style and the central yard with the pool. Our apartment's balcony was also convenient and the view was beauty. I would like to especially highlight the extremely kind and positive attitude of the local office lady and her help during our stay.

Microwave oven would be useful.

It was a nice and clean apartment with everything needed for a week’s holiday, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The house area is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was great

The room was cleaned every 4 days, and although I would have preferred the towels to be changed more often, it wasn’t a big issue.

It was kinda funky. It was mostly quiet except for the super loud pipes (I think). It wasn’t in the gross overcrowded part of sunny beach. The bar staff was top!

The lady at checkin was not helpful at all . There was no wifi. Pool cold. Room hot as AC doesn’t reach bedroom. NO parking. There was a super high pitched sound that seemed to come from the water randomly. Probably 100 times in 24 hours.
