About this house rental
This over 100 years old and completely refurbished "pocket villa" lays just minutes from Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski and yet in a discreet, peaceful romantic small village of just a few houses. Stunning views of the sea from each and every position in and around the house offer complete relaxation from everyday´s routine.
There is a cozy lounge with a diner and fully equipped cooking facility (oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher) facing the pool and nice BBQ area. Of course you can enjoy SAT TV and wireless internet. At the same level you will find a rustic bathroom that features a big corner shower and all neccessary equipment in a very romantic old style.
At the first floor you will enjoy the wast sleeping area with a double bed and again benefit from the wonderful view.
Our villetta is waiting fully equipped with its automatically managed pool ready to be used for the whole week. You will find a spare set of towels and bed linen to complete your week stay. And, of course, there is a washing machine – just in case. Usual cleaning services after departure are inclusive, but any additional service needed can be fulfilled upon request.

Enjoy the amazing view from the pool and BBQ area or just get sun-tanned listening to the sounds of nature. You will feel as you were the only people in this world, immersed in a complete discretion and tranquility while surrounded by the serene nature. In the evening you can enhance the pleasure by choosing the colour of the pool light that suites your mood the best.
You will be close to Crikvenica, Selce and Novi Vinodolski and therefore only minutes drive from anything you wish for - beaches with all aquatic sports, tennis, beach volley, mini golf, aquagym, water skiing, wakebording... Evenings offer a wide scale of events - festivals of music and drama, night clubs, restaurants, bars, museum exhibitions and workshops to learn about the area, visit to the aquarium... On the other side, for all nature lovers there is hiking, biking, horseback riding, paragliding, scuba diving and fishing. Visit to historical sites as the area has rich heritage, visit to the castles or vineries, ecofood productions - you name it we will provide the information.

Das Objekt ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ideal für einen tollen Urlaub zu zweit. Unsere beiden kleinem Hunde waren auch willkommen. Der Pool ist ein Traum, super sauber und sehr erfrischend.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist etwas abseits vom Trubel der Tourismusregion, was die Erholung perfekt macht. Wenn man etwas erleben möchte, braucht man nur gute 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Crikveniza oder Novi Vinodolski, wo man alle Annehmlichkeiten hat, wie zum Beispiel Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strände etc..
Die Fotos im Inserat entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Das Haus sowie der Außenbereich ist super. Alles ist genau auf 2 Personen ausgerichtet.
Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und sorgt für Abkühlung bei hohen Temperaturen. Wir hatten Wasserhängematten dabei, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Ein Grill, ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, ein Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen stehen bereit. Auflagen für die Liegen wären noch toll gewesen.
Auch drinnen fehlt es an nichts. Auf der gemütlichen Couch kann man auch Regentage gut verbringen. Das Badezimmer ist sauber und hat eine große Dusche mit Regenschauerkopf. Oben im Schlafzimmer ist genug Platz, um die Anziehsachen unterzubringen.
Das Häuschen liegt sehr idyllisch in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Anfahrt ist recht steil und eng. Es gibt zwei Wege hoch, der eine ist deutlich angenehmer. Zum Einkaufen oder zu Restaurantbesuchen muss man mit dem Auto fahren, dafür ist man in der Unterkunft ungestört und kann die friedliche Umgebung genießen.

Liegt etwas abgelegen in den Bergen, sehr ruhig, mit schönem Blick (aus dem OG sieht man das Meer). Der Weg zum Häuschen ist eine echte challenge (sehr steil und eng). Der kleine Pool war etwas kalt wg. außergewöhnlich kalten Nächten. Das Tiny Häuschen ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlen nur Polster für Liegestühle und warme Decken sind knapp. Zuletzt: Der Tresor für die Schlüssel ist viel zu klein. Insgesamt war es aber sehr schön.
