"Villa Azul" - Beautiful and well-kept holiday home with private pool for sole use and a terrace of over 100sqm (partly covered). The chalet is located in a quiet residential area not far from the beach, town center and old town / castle. It is only 100m to the sea, 300m to the next bay. Town center, sandy beach and old town are about 1.2 km away. The house has two floors. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms with balcony, sea view and access to the roof terrace. Also a shower room.
On the lower floor there is another separate bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace, living room with sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen, separate dining room, another shower room and a technical room with washing machine. Direct access from the living room to the very large terrace, partly covered. The pool is about 8 x 3.50 m in size and is for sole use. BBQ available. TV and WiFi free. There are 2 parking spaces for cars at the house. On request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge. Pets Allowed.
