Property is located minutes away from Cortez Rd. - central street of Bradenton leading to the Gulf. The street is full of all kinds of restaurants, stores, businesses you might need. As it gets closer to the beaches, there are many nice seafood restaurants, with on-the-water sitting, food served in the boxes... just relax and enjoy it! If you like more sophisticated places, we would recommend Spanish restaurant Columbia at Armand Circle Sarasota or good restaurants of famous Anna Maria Island... choose which one you like. If you like to play golf - IMG golf club is across the street, as well as Bradenton Tennis Club... Sarasota - Bradenton area also has good gardens, theaters, ballet, museums...

We had a wonderful vacation stay at the condo. Everything was very clean and there were even nice pots and pans, which was a pleasant surprise. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a close golf and beach.

Short ride to Anna Maria Island. Great restaurants and friendly neighborhood. Condo and grounds are spotlessly clean. Overall excellent experience. Jim and Kathy

I stayed in this condo for two weeks while visiting my mom and other family who live very closeby. The pictures are very accurate and the owners were quick to respond throughout the process. I slept well there, and the HDTV and wireless connections were faultless, which I appreciated. Very comfortable living room sofa and the screened lanai has nice furniture and plenty of room for a group to sit and chat in the cooler months. I didn't cook there, except to make coffee, but the kitchen is well stocked with good pots and pans, dishes, etc. Overall, the condo is decorated by owners who care about quality and who probably spend time there themselves. Finally, the El Conquistador Parkway area is safe and well-lit. There are many good neighborhoods in the vicinity, all around the golf course. The parkway has a 30 mph speed limit and it is a quiet and picturesque shortcut to the beach. Also, go in the other direction and you will reach Highway 41 in a few miles, too.
