The building is located one block from the beach, so it has a sea view.
In the condominium has games room, but no pool.
It has 2 parking spaces.
Apartment on the tenth floor with two elevators one social and one of service.

Eu e minha família nos hospedamos no final de semana de 18 a 20 de janeiro de 2019 no apartamento cobertura na Vila de propriedade de Alessandra. O apartamento é perfeito, um quadra da paia, quartos amplos, salas muito confortável, cozinha completa, tudo de muito bom gosto, limpo e em perfeito estado. O zelador César muito atencioso, sempre a disposição, a proprietária também muito atenciosa, assim que fiz a reserva, ela já me adicionou do whatsApp e me passou todas as informações do apartamento se colocando a disposição para qualquer dúvida que eu tivesse, inclusive me passando o contato do César. Além do apartamento perfeito, o preço muito bom, valor do aluguel e tarifas bem acessível. Agradeço a todos envolvidos desde o site para localizar o imóvel para me hospedar até os funcionários do prédio que contribuíram para um final de semana perfeito para minha família. Obrigada a todos.
