About this apartment rental

A luxury chalet-apartment in the heart of Praz-sur-Arly, Megeve, France, Maddmaison is just over an hour from Geneva. Only 300 metres from the ski slopes with lovely mountain views. Creatively designed, the contemporary open-plan living space is divided into sitting, dining and kitchen areas. The sitting area is graced with a state of the art, wood burning stove. Four compact bedrooms with limited headroom are tucked into the eaves. The living room and 3 of the bedrooms have balcony access. Sleeping 8 comfortably, bed linen and towels are provided. There are two large double beds, twin beds and bunk beds, (also a sofa bed for up to 2 and travel cot). There is a bath and shower and a separate WC and basin. A shower room with WC is used either as an en-suite or a general bathroom. Maddmaison provides many creature comforts including a fully integrated modern oak kitchen, TV, DVD, hairdryers, books and games. There is a parking space with additional free parking nearby and boot room.

We had a lovely time stopping in Maddmaison during the first 2 weeks of August. The apartment is in a central location in Praz, 4 minutes walk from the bakery and the shops. The apartment is on the top floor and built within the roof space so you have lovely views from the balconies which are on 2 sides of the property. We only needed to use 2 of the 4 bedrooms that were on offer, as with any attic room, there is a height issue as you get nearer the outside walls. The decor is luxury, fur blankets on the beds, and all of the facilities you would need, WiFi, TV, books, board games, hairdryer etc The towels and beds are changed weekly, and the people who do this are very polite and efficient. We did have an issue with the hot water when we got there, and the owner resolved this for us within hours. Thank you for our 2 weeks of French luxury.
