Location brilliant, PicknPay a stone's throw away to get whatever one needs. Restaurants and pubs and shops of interest, including a few coffee places, within walking distance, including the Royal Hotel which is just around the corner. Great safe off street parking. Premises clean, but expect little old town finishes.

The bathroom needs attention. Actually, the entire property should be gone through with a clipboard and NO budget to worry about and making a list of ideal fixes, and then prioritised and worked on bit by bit as budget allows. No mixer tap at the bathroom basin, with one tap fixed skew. No shower cubicle, just an open space, which is wonderful in summer but not in winter. Shower head is fixed very high in the skies, and fixed, not attached to a shower hose. Without an enclosed cubicle for winter the quickest easiest solution is to get a shower head on a flexible shower hose, then having no shower curtain is easier dealt with. This is not about privacy at all, it's about comfort and convenience. Step without clear indication between lounge and kitchen waiting to trip someone, 5 steps coming up from parking area without a railing.

The quiet! Attention to small detail.

The entrance gate- the Pride of India is a bit in the way. You have to negotiate your car very well,especially the first time.

It was clean and comfortable

It was just a room- no inside area to sit and relax in.
