Apartment a few meters from the sea located in the historic center of the ancient fishing village of Porto Palo blue flag for 26 years for the clarity of the waters and the services offered.
Immersed in the context of tourist hospitality with the presence of restaurants, pizzerias, mini markets, newsagent-tobacconist, cycle path, bus service that connects with the town of Menfi, it is served by a large public car park.
With a view of the ancient Saracen tower, it has direct access to the Solette, a naturalistic coastline of rocks loved by divers and small, uncrowded beaches, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and vineyards by the sea.
Possible choice, a few meters from the apartment, of the wide sandy beach awarded with the green flag.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, kitchen-dining room and veranda overlooking the sea, utility room corner, bathroom with shower.
Extra supplement, if not included in the fee, is requested per final cleaning to be paid locally to the property.
The owner speaks English and French.

The location was spectacular. As pictured, the apartment is just steps from the water. Listening to the waves crash outside our bedroom window allowed me to have the best sleep I've had in ages. There's a bench located just off the apartment property. People come there to sit and view the spectacular sunsets. I will say the sunset did not disappoint, they were amazing. It's located in a quaint little marina town. Good food and friendly people.
As wonderful as the view, and the little town were, the best part of our stay were the wonderful host and her family. They welcomed us, and treated us as if we were family. They live in an apartment two floors up, and my wife spent more time up visiting them, than she did downstairs. As wonderful as our stay was in Sicily, with the great food, wine, people, sights, and beaches, Patrizia and her family is what we will miss the most.
