About this villa rental
Villa for up to 8 people. Private pool of 4 m by 10 m. The villa has an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a master suite with private bathroom (shower), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed, the second bathroom (bath / shower). A laundry room with washing machine and a dryer. Outside the villa is a studio with a double bed and its bathroom (shower). There is air conditioning in all rooms. Overlooking the swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen equipped with: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, gas plancha, 2 gas burners, Senseo coffee machine, toaster. High table with 4 bar chairs plus a table and 8 chairs, all in the shade. Bed linen and household linen are provided. Wifi everywhere. Small view of the sea and mountains. 3 car parking not closed. 10 minutes by car from the center of Moraira and its sandy beaches.

A very nice house with everything we needed. The house's outdoor kitchen worked perfectly, and there were plenty of cutlery, plates and glasses.
The pool was great and was cleaned once a week.
The communication with the owner was fine. It was safe to both arrive and leave the house.
We will definitely come back.

La villa correspond exactement à l'annonce ( photos+ descriptif). Nous avons même eu la bonne surprise de trouver un jacuzzi en arrivant !
La cuisine extérieure est géniale (Lave vaisselle, plancha, cave à vin). Le nombre d'ustensiles, de vaisselle est en grande quantité.
Climatisation dans toutes les chambres et dans les pièces à vivre.
Alarme dans la maison (intérieur+extérieur)
Echanges avec propriétaire au top ! Encore Merci Rachel.
Points négatifs : maison dans un virage en forte pente et un peu bruyant car en face des containers poubelles.
Nous recommandons donc cette maison. N'hésitez pas.
