Never again!

Booked Accessible room. No availability of bell service, but very nice clerk loaded our cart and took the cart to our room

Room had two chairs, neither with arms. So sat in my mobility scooter. Nice bathroom but no shelves for toiletries. Extremely uncomfortable beds with heavy pillows. My wife had to hold the door open for me to get into the room. Elevator doors close too quickly for wheelchair entrance or exit.

Beautiful day and night

Since this was my first time visiting everything was beautiful the room layout was great,reception staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay 💗 was a pleasant one which was greatly appreciated and my stay was so great I had to stay an extra night,so great in fact I will be returning soon your's truly Oscar Ogans

We enjoyed our stay at Jackson Rancheria especially during Christmas season. It wasn't very crowded

We enjoyed the layout and the beauty of the landscape. The rooms were spacious . Staff great! Loved the Christmas decorations and lights!!!

You can hear everyone's toilets being flushed. Maybe it was the room we had but it was all hours of the night, It lacks peace and quiet.

Convenient location close to Amador wine country

Casino allows smoking, so non-smokers beware. Lots of slots but fewer blackjack tables than expected for such a large gaming area. Lone Wolf dining experience very mixed with high marks on entrees, but total fail on simple pastas.

Great casino, large comfy rooms, wonderful staff. Casino was very busy, I haven't gambled since I was on a work trip but seemed like a lot of fun. Lone Wolf restaurant had great food, highly recommend!

Great hotel, hit or miss Lone Wolf restaurant.

Every staff member we encountered from reception to room attendant to Lone Wolf restaurant, during our 3-night stay, was very friendly and welcoming. Our room (235) was at the end of the hall so was as quiet as it could be giving that there were guests in a room above. The entire complex was consistently clean as a whistle. Smoking is allowed in the casino, but their air handlers work so well as to leave only a faint smoke odor. Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort continues to make Margaret proud!

We had two meals at the Lone Wolf restaurant. The Lemon Shrimp linguine is the absolute best! On the other hand it was interesting that we both ordered the Horseradish crusted Salmon (I know weird, right) which was accompanied by Parmesan smashed red potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts with bacon. One of the orders was good, but not great. In that, the salmon was without any horseradish flavor at all, but was cooked well. The potatoes were warm and the brussels were more steamed than roasted and void of much flavor thus just okay. The second meal was so disappointing that we returned it ant that is rarity for us. The salmon was overcooked and dry, the potatoes were cold and the brussels were barely cooked and inedible. 2-highlights of both meals were the exceptional Crem Brulee and lovely Rancheria Red wine (produced exclusively for this property).

The fact that the casino was in a different building a lot of walking with a bad knee not so good even though they do offer a shuttle. And no alcohol allowed in casino was totaling different than all other casinos we’ve been to.

It’s always clean and pretty environment.

Their beds are like sleeping on plyboard. They’re so hard they’re uncomfortable. The pillows you lay your head down and they go flat.

Pleasant

Every team member made us feel welcome. Room keepers were pleasant and provided very good service. Margarets restaurant has really good burgers.

The hallway had a strong unpleasant odor. Would like to have had morning fresh coffee and baked goods inside the hotel. One has to go to the casino to get any food or fresh drinks. We are not gamblers and the casino reeked of cigarette smoke.

A great local place to stay!

We love that this location is not far from home. The Lone Wolf restaurant has amazing food. The pool and spa area is great! Staff is friendly. Spacious rooms and grounds. Comfy bed with a balcony and deep tub.

Funny thing. My husband and I don't gamble, drink or smoke. We enjoy the pool, hottubs (2 of those) and restaurants. Only critique I would have is to deep clean the hotel carpet. It wasn't horrible, but probably due for a cleaning.

Anniversary Destination

It was our 36 wedding anniversary. It's not the first time we celebrated at Jackson Rancheria or the last. The resort meets all the great criteria you would expect from such a fine establishment.

The stay was very nice and everyone else was very nice.

The only negative experience had to do with the rudeness by one of the people who was checking people in. There was a new computer system that caused a little stress so I understand that. I asked one of the ladies behind the counter for a towel and water and she kind of snapped at me because she was busy at the time. I just thought she could have handled it a little better.

the rooms were spacious with a balcony. Parking was nearby both a covered and a outdoor lot near the entrance.

There was a lot of noise from the hallways and adjoining rooms until late in the evening. our balcony overlooked the roof and hvac system - which was disappointing since I made the reservation at least a month in advance.

The good restaurants closed too early and the ones open late were horrible. Food was not edible. Floors in lobby and bathroom were very sticky. Bed was very uncomfortable.
