About this house rental
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday you have come to the right place.
Max Ave Beach House is an older style beach house just a short stroll to the back surf beach. Fancy a spot of Golf? The house backs onto the St Andrew’s Beach Golf Club. The house sits on a 3000 m2 block of land, lots of room for the kids to run around and play. The rear deck is a lovely spot to sit back and just unwind with a cuppa or a glass of wine.
The ground level consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a two way open fireplace, perfect to relax by on a cold winters day by. Also downstairs is a rumpus room with a table tennis table, one double bedroom and bathroom
Upstairs there is a landing area with sofa and television. There are two double bedrooms and one bunk room with two sets of bunks and 2 trundle beds and a bathroom.
Linen is not provided, but can be organised through an external company at an additional cost.
Ample parking is available with a circular driveway and carport.
This is a perfect spot for a family holiday or friends to get together.
Note : Strictly no events, parties, large gatherings or schoolies at this property.

We loved our long weekend in this tucked away peaceful retreat amongst the bush & so close to the wild & windswept beach. The house was warm & comfortable and was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. We especially loved the open fire & having a couple of living areas so the kids had their own space.

We loved our stay at Saint Andrews beach. The host Maxine was very contactable and accommodating. There was lots of different breakout areas for everybody to have breaks away from the group and it was also a walking distance to the beach. House is even more spacious than it may seem in the photos. It’s also set on a very private block. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Thanks Maxine!

A backwater stay- very quiet, surrounded by nature- 10 min drive to Rye, 15 mins to Sorrento. The house is full of charm but is older, has a musty smell, but plenty of quaint relaxation nooks. If u love modern, bustling and beach views this is not the place for you. If u love nature, peacefulness and rustic- this is definately your jam.
