Mrs Dale's Cottage is a cottage in the village of Clenchwater in East Anglia. It has a king-size bedroom as well as a ground floor shower room, it can sleep two people. Also inside is a kitchen and a living diner with a gas fire. To the outside is off road parking for one car, a rear patio with a table and chairs and a lawn. Mrs Dale's Cottage is a quiant cottage in a great rural location.
Amenities: Oil central heating, gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Private lawned area with patio and furniture. Shared use of owners' garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Shared use of owners washing machine and tumble dryer on request. Note: Adults only, no children or infants. Please Note: There is no EV charging port at this property, however guests are able to charge their cars in the property at a cost (more details found in the welcome pack upon arrival).
