Wonderful, family oriented, home-like stay in the French Alps!

Comfortable with many amenities

Hotel offers to order fresh bread and pastries from the desk for the next day. The main hall also has a ping pong table with rackets and balls in free access, as well as coin operated (€1 and €2 respectively) fuss ball and pool table. Finally it has an indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Staff was also very friendly.

Lavomatic service was a bit pricey (€6 a laundry, €4 the tumble drier) and many fire doors didn't close properly (one in the car park was also wedged opened by a stone). Location is a bit far from city centre but it's a good occasion to walk some more.

Clean spacious , good view of the mountains . Nice pool and spa.

There was no soap , dishwashing liquid or sponge provided for cleaning materials to clean bath /kitchen which was expected at the end of stay. We had to buy our own from the supermarket to avoid the 55€ cleaning cost . It was a 15 min walk into the town

Good stay, friendly staff made it for us

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was superb for our children after skiing.

Wifi is shocking especially as it is an expensive add on service - disappointing given the cost of the accommodation not to have this service included and functioning well.

Excellent location for a summer holiday in the mountains.

Fabulous view out of the windows and the balcony, all the amenities that we needed, a nice swimming pool with a terrace giving on to the surrounding mountains. In the vicinity, you can find plenty of walks and hikes of all difficulties (some accessible via a cable car or a chair lift), lots of animations and restaurants.

Heating in the Room is very good, allows to dry ski clothing, access from living room outside, pool area really nice, bakery morning services efficient, front desk helpfull ( although open very few hours a day...), Enough blankets and pillows, good hot water in the showers.

The facility is very basic , you get linens and need to make all your beds on your own, no cleaning during the week at all, no toaster, no coffee machine, need to bring your own toilette paper , very little commun space to hang out if you come with friends

Super, on a passé un super séjour, le cadre était magnifique l'appartement bien agencé

L’accès à la piscine et les nombreux jeux à l'entrée de l'établissement, billard, ping-pong, et baby foot, l'emplacement de l’hôtel, vu directement sur les montagnes.

Pour chipoter les alèses, certain sont en plastique et ça fait du bruit et son un peu grand donc beaucoup de plie.

Excellent séjour au calme avec belle vue sur le massif de la Portetta à l’entrée de Pralognan.

À deux pas du centre de Pralognan la Vanoise, appartement confortable dans une résidence agréable. Accueil et personnel très sympathique.

Le mobilier du balcon n’est pas adapté (trop large) et un meuble à chaussures et un porte-manteaux à l’entrée seraient les bienvenus.

Trop de services payants pour un hébergement estival

L'appartement disposait de deux salles de bain et deux toilettes séparées ce qui était pratique. La localisation est plutôt bien située, en hauteur et proche des commodités, un balcon couvert bien agréable par temps de pluie.

Trouver des restes de cotillons dans le canapé-lit lorsque nous l'avons déplié, devoir demander des pièces de literie alors que le besoin avait été signalé lors de la réservation, la wi-fi payante pour un usage quotidien, le parking payant dont l'éclairage ne s'allume qu'après passage du véhicule, les produits ménagers inexistants et donc payants...

Logement spacieux et beau, belle vue sur la montagne. Cuisine fonctionnelle, 2 salles de bain, ascenseur,piscine couverte et chauffée, jaccusi, possibilité de commander pain et croissants,situation idéale pour la randonnée.

Unfreundliches und inkompetent Prrsonal. Völlig unakzeptable Prozesse und Richtlinien. Schlüssel war bei Spätanreise nicht im Safe. Betten Nachts selber zu beziehen und am Abreisetag selbst in die Wäsche zu tragen. Müll selbst zu entsorgen. 2 Kreditkarten konnten nicht genutzt werden. Skigebiet Courchevel 30km/45 Min. entfernt, nicht 8km.
