About this apartment rental
You want to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay in Provence, at the gates of the Luberon, I offer for rent an apartment of 32 m2 (2 rooms including one bedroom) on the ground floor of a beautiful Provencal villa located in a green area , quiet and residential in Manosque, in the Alpes de Haute Provence. If you are athletic or hiker, you will be delighted. You will enjoy relaxing in the panoramic jacuzzi spa. There is also a terrace and a garden in the shade of olive and laurel trees.
The comfortable rental, labeled three stars by the Tourist Office, is on one level and comprises 2 rooms: a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 comfort bed, a large bright living room with a beautiful fitted kitchen, a bathroom bath, landscaped grounds and an adjoining terrace equipped with garden furniture. Satellite TV and WIFI. In summer, the house is cool.
You have access to a large 40m2 room dedicated to sports, billiards and reading. It has a decorative electric fireplace. A large sheltered jacuzzi is available in landscaped grounds with breathtaking views of the Verdon mountains. A landscaped plot of 1500 m2 adorns the villa.
The house is ideally located for walking and driving. You can taste the pleasures of water at Lac des Vannades 5 km from the house (water at 28 degrees in summer). Many water bodies are accessible in the region, including the magnificent Esparron du Verdon site, 24 km from Manosque.
You can also take advantage of the hiking trails just behind the villa from the Manosque canal and go for walks or cycle rides (loan of bikes possible)
The house is 600 meters from the city center and the old town which offers a beautiful historical heritage dating back to the Middle Ages. The Carzou foundation and the Giono house offer very interesting cultural visits.
On Wednesday and Saturday, Manosque offers colorful Provencal markets. There are many festivals, for example Musiks in July or Correspondances in September. The tourist attractions are unlimited: Moustiers Sainte Marie (earthenware capital), Valensole (lavender capital), Gréoux les Bains, spa town (15 kms), the Verdon gorges (25 kms), Riez la Romaine (30 kms ), the mountain of Lure (30 kms) Aix en Provence (50 kms), Avignon and Marseille (80 kms), the Calanques of Cassis (100 kms), the Ventoux (60 kms) and all the famous sites of Provence.
