About this chalet rental
Chalet located 8km from Briançon in the heart of the Cervières valley, in a majestic site, facing the Rochebrune massif, in the hamlet Le Laus (1800m above sea level), starting from the Col de l'Izoard.
In winter, from the chalet, access to 45 km of cross-country trails. Departure of ski and snowshoe hikes. Near the Serre Chevalier alpine ski area (15 mins). 60m in front of the chalet, groomed toboggan run.
In summer, the chalet is ideally located for hiking and other mountain activities (climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning and whitewater activities).
In summer as in winter, the owner, Guide de Haute Montagne, can advise you on various activities. You can also use his services or those of the Briançon guide office of which he is a member.
Garden with table and benches, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol.
4 places sauna, free and private, in the accommodation.
Overflow SPA (Jacuzzi) 6 places
Renovated in 2014, the chalet is 105m² and can accommodate six people. Carefully decorated, very comfortable, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Internet access.
Linens provided. Possibility of cleaning service.
Has three bedrooms. Very large living room of 50 m² with kitchen opening onto dining area and lounge area.
