The kitchen is well-equipped, the dining area is for 8 guests and with the use of the two sofas in the lounge it is possible for the villas capacity to be increased to 8 guests.

On the ground floor, at pool level, there are one double and one twin bedroom, which have good sea views, share a bathroom and open directly on to the pool terrace.

The pool terrace is very spacious and includes a charming shaded seating area, an alfrecso dining area for six, a stone-built BBQ, and six sunlougers - all from which there are spectacular views across Kalkan to the sea. The pool dimensions are 7.8 x 3.9 metres and 1.5 metres in depth.

The master bedroom is on the top floor. This double bedded room has an en-suite bathroom and a large balcony where guests can enjoy the stunning panorama.
