Dass man draußen nicht mit Kaffee und Zigarette sitzen konnte.

Czystość pokoi, smaczne śniadania, elastyczność personelu. Obiekt położony bardzo blisko blisko wszystkich kluczowych lokalizacji Międzyzdrojów.
Część pokoi jest od strony skrzyżowania ulic na których jest duży hałas spowodowany autami, zwłaszcza wieśniaków ze stuningowanymi wydechami co powoduje że przez całą noc, zwłaszcza w weekend, słychać rozpędzanie i hamowanie aut. To oczywiście nie jest wina obiektu ale jeśli w pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji ani wiatraka a temperatura sięga 30 stopni (w pokoju) to jednak trzeba otworzyć okno. Druga kwestia to 'kuracjusze' wracający o 2 nad ranem i drący mordę niemiłosiernie (znów niezależne od obiektu ale klimatyzacja spowodowałaby że nie trzeba otwierać okien).

Die Lage war perfekt, zum Strand ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder gern auch per Rad erreichbar. Räder waren kostenlos enthalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ein reichliches Angebot.
Wir waren im Dachgeschoss untergebracht, die Fenster waren sehr hellhörig.
