Great staff always willing to serve, excellent location

No resting space around the poor area for adults, childrens activities are too loud and interrupt rest. bedrooms located near the area remodeling not worth the value, no privacy if we wanted to open the blackout to get some day light

Paradise for kids!!

The location is beautiful and the staff/amenities/activities dedicatec to kids are just AMAZING!! Xmas entertainment and dinner were great and really tasteful.

Bedrooms a little old and need refurbishment. Bad smell comimg from the sink/toilet.

Não vale minimamente o valor cobrado ,,, Instalações mixurucas de péssima qualidade ... mau gosto e baixa qualidade dos materiais de acabamento dos quartos ,,, cobertores marrom escuro o que impensável num hotel,, , fechaduras soltas, luminárias das camas soltas e caindo ,... imagem da TV ee ruim e a resposta ao chamado do técnico para consertar, o mesmo alegou ser um problema da empresa fornecedora de sinal ... falta treinamento básico , o atendimento na recepção na hora da chegada chega a ser quase rude, de tão ruim . demonstram completa falta gestão, organização e noção básica do que seja um hotel... ... o pessoal da limpeza permanecer conversando num falatório em voz alta alto e sem fim nos corredores dos quartos logo cedo e quando solicitados apararem e saírem do local pois estávamos dormindo , responderam " um minuto que já estamos terminando" .. infelizmente só fui ver as avaliações negativas na web depois me hospedar , mas os problemas acima são relatados também por outras pessoas , então não ee uma coisa pontual e sim , um problema crônico de gestão ...

Excelente para famílias com crianças.

Quarto amplo, com distribuição de ambientes que deixa a desejar. Isolamento acústico ruim. Colchão confortável, travesseiros ruins. Bom chuveiro. Refeições com qualidade acima da média. Atendimento excelente em todas as instalações. Estrutura ótima para crianças.

No dia estava tendo um evento de empresa o qual incomodou muito o barulho até as 2 da manhã, e depois os próprios convidados desse evento fizeram muito barulho as 5 da manhã, uma algazarra
